There are several different Waltham selections around the world, all varying in size (from 1.0 - 3.0kg). The Western market prefer 1.0 - 1.5 kg fruit. Southern Hemisphere prefer larger (upto 3.0kg) fruit, which are also used for fresh market, pre-cut for retail and processing. Tiana is aimed for the Western market with a fruit size of 1.0 - 1.2kg or for exports to this market. Its yield potential is up to 50% higher than any OP-comparison. The fruit quality is very consistent and the flesh has an intense dark colour.
