Bonbini can be used for both fresh and processing market. It is an adaptable variety that can be planted in both cool transition periods to hot summer temperatures.
Bonbini has Pf 1-10 resistance, and very slow bolting tolerance. It has excellent leaf quality, with a unique leaf appearance and texture. Bonbini also has good tolerance to sunburn.
